Therapeutic properties: Cumin is traditionally used as a digestive, as an antispasmodic as it settles colic and intestinal spasms, due to problems such as bloating. It is an excellent ally in case of gastritis, irritable colon, colitis and alterations of intestinal flora. It also acts as an immunostimulant. A study has shown how the plant significantly reduces appetite and carbohydrate intake levels
