Therapeutic properties: It is a natural ANTIBIOTIC and also acts as ANTIVIRAL. Its action against influenza viruses and Herpes simplex type 1 and 2 has been demonstrated (M. Tognolini, M. Chiavarini, Principles of Pharmacognosy and Phytotherapy, 2007, Parma). It acts in bronchial, oropharyngeal affections and against TOSSE, MAL DI GOLA and COOLER.
