FRANGULA al 7%-9% di GLUCOSIDI ANTRACHINONICI: : Pianta che contiene GLICOSIDI ANTRACHINONICI, tra cui i più noti sono i FRANGULOSIDI. Questi, grazie all’azione della flora batterica, liberano la parte attiva della molecola. Stimolano la PERISTALSI, aumentando la reattività muscolare e la naturale contrazione della parete intestinale, che determina il transito e lo stimolo alla defecazione. Inoltre favoriscono l’accumulo di acqua ed elettroliti. ATTENZIONE: Evitare l’uso di queste piante in gravidanza, allattamento e in caso di problematiche quali diverticolosi, blocco intestinale o emorroidi.

TARASSACO al 2% di INULINA : Stimola la digestione, aumenta il rilascio della bile da parte del fegato e della cistifellea. Alcuni studi hanno dimostrato che aiuta in casi di problematiche da congestione epatica, infiammazione dei dotti biliari, calcolosi biliare ed ittero (The healing power of herbs, Michael Murray, 1995). L’inulina, zucchero che fa parte delle fibre vegetali non assorbite dall’intestino, agevola la regolarità intestinale ed è ipoglicemizzante. Permette la crescita di Bifidobacteria nella flora microbica intestinale, diminuendo contemporaneamente la densità di batteri nocivi. Agisce inoltre aumentando la massa fecale e stimolando l’evacuazione.

CAMOMILLA: Sebbene sia conosciuta come blando sedativo, questa pianta possiede in realtà una forte attività antinfiammatoria delle muscose, data dall’azione dell’APIGENINA, un flavonoide. Completa la sua azione grazie a due importanti proprietà: è emolliente, per cui dona sollievo in caso di irritazione della mucosa; è spasmolitica, ovvero agisce come sedativo del sistema nervoso vegetativo, per cui ferma le contrazioni e dolori di stomaco e intestino.

FINOCCHIO: Alleato in tutte le turbe digestive, il finocchio è una pianta dal potere CARMINATIVO, ossia elimina i gas dallo stomaco e dall’intestino e lenisce i dolori (coliche). Aiuta in caso di gonfiore, eruttazioni, flatulenza, insufficienza digestiva e terapia del colon irritabile. Inibisce i processi fermentativi nel grosso intestino ed ha capacità antispastica sulla muscolatura liscia. Studi dimostrano che possiede efficacia simile alla metoclopramide (Principi farmacognosia e fitoterapia, M. Tognolini e M. Chiavarini, 2007).

RABARBARO al 5% di REINA: Droga contenente glicosidi antrachinonici che vengono trasformati in REINA nel nostro organismo. Questa molecola è il principio attivo responsabile dell’attività lassativa ed è titolata al 2% all’interno dell’integratore. La sua azione è potenziata per sinergismo dall’azione della Frangola. Trova impiego anche per affezioni del fegato ed regolatore della secrezione biliare.

ANICE STELLATO: Contiene un olio essenziale costituito per l’ 80% da ANETOLO. Possiede azione eupeptica (stimola l’appetito) e stomachica: aiuta nella digestione difficile, stimolando le secrezioni gastriche e la peristalsi.

BUCKTHORN al 7%-9% di GLUCOSIDI ANTRACHINONICI: : Plant containing ANTHACHACHONIC GLYCOSIDES, among which the best known are FRANGULOSIDES. These, thanks to the action of the bacterial flora, release the molecule’s active part. They stimulate PERISTALS, increasing muscle reactivity and the natural contraction of intestinal wall, which determines the transit and the stimulus to defecation. They also promote the accumulation of water and electrolytes.

DANDELION with 2% INULIN: Stimulates digestion, increases the release of bile from liver and gall bladder. Some studies have shown that it helps in cases of diseases from hepatic congestion, inflammation of bile ducts, biliary calculi and jaundice (The healing power of herbs, Michael Murray, 1995). Inulin, sugar that is part of the vegetable fibers not absorbed by intestine, facilitates intestinal regularity and is hypoglycemic. It allows the growth of Bifidobacteria in the intestinal microbial flora, while decreasing the density of harmful bacteria. It also acts by increasing fecal mass and stimulating evacuation.

CHAMOMILLE: Although known as a mild sedative, this plant actually has a strong anti-inflammatory activity on mucous membranes, given by the action of APIGENINE, a flavonoid. It completes its action thanks to two important properties: it is emollient, so it gives relief in case of irritation of the mucosa; it is spasmolytic, that is, it acts as a sedative of the vegetative nervous system, so it stops the contractions and pains of the stomach and intestine.

FENNEL: Allied in all digestive tubes, fennel is a plant with CARMINATIVE power, that is, it removes gas from the stomach and intestines and soothes pain (colic). Helps in case of swelling, belching, flatulence, digestive insufficiency and irritable bowel therapy. It inhibits the fermentation processes in the large intestine and has antispastic capacity on the smooth muscles. Studies show that it has similar efficacy to metoclopramide (Principles pharmacognosy and phytotherapy, M. Tognolini and M. Chiavarini, 2007).

RHUBARB with 5% REINA: Drug containing anthraquinone glycosides that are transformed into REINE in our body. This molecule is the active ingredient responsible for laxative activity and is titrated to 2% within the supplement. Its action is enhanced by the synergy of the Frangola action. It is also used for liver disease and regulating biliary secretion.

STAR ANISE: It contains an essential oil made up of 80% by ANETHOLE. It has eupeptic (stimulates appetite) and stomachic action: it helps in difficult digestion, stimulating gastric secretions, peristalsis.
